The West Gate of Beijing International Hotel (北京国际饭店西门) is our designated place for our passengers to get together for the tours above (except Beijing Xian Day Tour).
You may take a taxi, or take the Subway Line 2 and get off at Beijing Railway Station. Beijing International Hotel is just north of Beijing Railway Station (北京站) across the Chang'an Avenue.

Where do the tours depart from?
We have a range of 1, 2 and 3 day tours departing from Beijing every Saturday in the months of September, October and November, 2011;
Every Saturday in the months of March, April, May, July, August, September, October and Novemver 2012.
Our tours depart from the west gate of Beijing International Hotel ( except Xian Day Tour from Beijing ).
How can I book my tour?
You can book all our tours above online via the booking form on our website. You will get our reply in 24 hours If you don't have internet access you can call into our Beijing office in person at 2001-1-1, Nanxiaojie, Guangqumen, Dongcheng District, Beijing.
Do you pick up from hotels?
We don't pick up from hotels on our scheduled tours above and the meeting place is very central and easy to get to.
Can children travel on your tours?
We welcome children over 5 years old on our tours. We regret we are not able to carry children under 5.
What's included in the tour price?
The tour price includes your transportation in a contemporary, air-conditioned vans or coaches, plus the tour services of our knowledgeable English speaking tour guides.
Meals and visitor attraction entry fees as listed are included in the tour price.
Who enjoy "discounts"?
We offer a discount for children between 5 and 11 years.
What should I bring on a tour?
You should wear comfortable shoes for walking, take a sunblock and or a hat for sunny days and don't forget your camera!
You can also take cold food and drink on the coach if you wish but we have included meals and a bottle of water per day per person on the tours.
We recommend that you arrange your own travel insurance. On our 2 and 3 day tours, we advise that you limit your luggage to one medium-sized piece per person.
Do you have a minimum number of passengers for each tour?
The minimum number of passengers necessary for a tour to operate is 6.
If a tour does not operate, we inform you in advance that we must cancel, and we can give you a full refund or you can choose to travel on any other tour on your original booking date, subject to availability.
What happens if I do not arrive in time for the tour?
It is very important that you arrive in plenty of time before your tour departs, as we are not able to give refunds if you arrive late for the tour. For this reason we always insist that you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before the published departure time.
The company does not accept liability for any loss or inconvenience caused by illness, climactic conditions or road and or traffic conditions.
Do your buses have toilets on board?
Unfortunately no. However, we do make regular stops, no more than 2 hours apart at most.
Any pe-arranged shopping stops on the tour?
No, no mandatory Shopping.
Are your tours operated all year around?
No, at present we operate in the months of March, April, May, July, August, September, October and November.
Are the tours only in English?
Yes, our scheduled tours are in English, given by our professional, experienced tour- guides.
Is accommodation included in the 2 and 3 day tours?
Yes, accommodation is included with breakfast based two sharing room. Single supplement must be paid if you prefer to share one room on your own.
Where will I get dropped off at the end of my tour?
For our full day tours we offer convenient returns. Our guides will find out where everyone is staying in Beijing, while on tour. Then they will plan a route through Beijing that is convenient for you, or advise you how to take the Subway or Bus services back to your hotel.

What if I need to cancel my tour?
On Full day tours - a refund will be given up to 24 hours before departure.
Train Tours and Overnight Tours including Xian Day Tour from Beijing - 30 days or more before departure a US$50 fee will be charged. Between 30 & 10 days before departure we will charge 35% of the total tour price. Between 10 & 1 days before departure we will charge 50% of the total tour price. On the day of the tour departure no refund can be given.
If I lose something on tour can I get it back?
We will make every effort to get your lost stuff back to you. We may ask you to pay for any cost involved.
Is it possible to reserve a private tour or a tour for a group?
Yes, we are specialised in arranging private tours. We have lots of experience in creating great itineraries and. Special interest groups, companies, academic associations, work colleagues, conference delegates - we are happy to work with you to create your special trip.
