1. Important Notice on Airport and Train Transfer
1) If your flight or train departs from Beijing before 9:00am or after 11:00pm, and arrives at Beijing before 8:00am or after 10:00pm, extra charge US$10 will be added to each car transfer.
2) Your driver or your English speaking tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station holding a piece of paper with your name.
Remark: The railway transfer rate include English speaking guide service.
2. Important Notice on Car Rental to the Great Wall
1) The Great Wall car rental service above is limited within 8 hours. For extra hour car service, please consult our trip advisor for new quotations.
2) If you'd like to add additional attractions to the Great Wall car rental service above, please contact our trip advisor for new quotations.
3. Tour Guide Service
The prices above include the vehicle you prefer and a licensed driver. Most of the drivers cannot speak any English. If you want to use an English speaking tour guide for your Beijing airport transfer or limo service listed above, please pay extra amount ranging from USD 10 to USD 100 per the different number of your travelling party. 4. How about the vehicles?
We use the air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles. All the vehicles are licensed with insurance. All vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning; can carry standard luggage; are always clean, tidy and odour-and damage-free; are not refuelled during the transfer; are parked within a distance of not more than 100 metres from the collection point.

3-5 traveling Party: we offer vans
6-15 travelling Party: we offer 22-seat coach
16-25 traveling Party: we offer 33-seat coach
26-45 traveling party: we offer 55-seat coach
5. How about the driver?
All the drivers have the official licenses with at least over 3 years' driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; are properly dressed; are familiar with the region; refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passengers presence.
6. Do I have to tip my driver or tour guide?
Tipping is not compulsory, but tipping is expected by drivers, tour guides and hotel portage. Following tipping standard is only for your referance:
Tour Guide: RMB 80 - RMB 100 per day
Driver: RMB 60- RMB 80 per day
Hotel Bellboy: RMB 5-RMB 10 per room each time

c. Way of Payment: Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable.
