Just back from China, we just drop a line to let you know how wonderful our trip to Yangtze River was! Vicky Zhang, the tour guide on the cruise ship is a very charming and intelligent and helpful. We felt very lucky to have her along the Yangtze River! She is an asset both to your tour company and the cruise company! She is very knowledgeable and made our crusing trip so fruitful and positive! Also the tour guide and drivet in Chongqing were very nice too. The guide Linda Ma was so sweet and helpful! Thank you again for all your help in arranging our trip to Yangtze River and Chongqing! My 15-year-old son will have so much great information to share with his schoolmates about the amazing cruising along the Yantze River of China.

Day 01: Hong Kong -- Guilin by air ( Air-ticket self-prepared )
Arrival in Guilin, met and transferred to your hotel in Guilin. After dinner, free for rest of the time. ( D )
Day 02: Guilin
Enjoy a morning cruise down the winding Li River to Yangshuo. Return to Guilin. Dinner and Minority Performance in the evening. (B L D)
Day 03: Guilin -- Chongqing by air
Guilin morning tour of Reed Flute Caves & elephant Trunk Hill. After lunch, take flight for Chongqing. Arrival at Chongqing and transferred to your hotel in Chongqing. Free for the rest of the day. ( B L D )
Day 04: Chongqing board the cruise vessel
Full day tour includes People"s Hall of Chongqing, Erling Park, Chongqing Zoo, Stiwell Musuem and Ciqikou old street. After dinner, transferred to the dock and board the cruise ship.( B L D )
Day 05: Yangtze River
First arrival at either Fengdu, known as the "Ghost City", or Wanxian, or Shibaozhai (depending on river conditions). Then, return to the ship and pass towards the fantastic Three Gorges. ( B L D ) Yangtze River Cruise Ports & Attractions
Day 06: Yangtze River
Today entry into the Qutang Gorge. Cruise ship carefully pilots its way through the narrow course. At Wushan, disembark the ship and board smaller vessels in order to explore either the Daning River or Shennong Stream. Reboard the ship and sail through the Wu Gorge. ( B L D )
Day 07: Yichang-Xian by air
Pass through the Xiling Gorge which is the longest and historically the most dangerous of the Three Gorges. We move on to the massive Dam and disembark for a tour of this engineering marvel at Sandouping Village. Cruise Arrival in Yichang at 11:30AM. Transfer from cruise to airport, for your flight to Xian. . ( B L )
Day 08: Xian
Beginning the day with a once-in-a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old terra-cotta Army of China's First Emperor-Qin Shihuang. Three exhibition halls house the continuing excavation of am army of 7,000 terracotta soldiers and horses that guard the tomb of the the First Emperor. After lunch visit Maosoleum of Emperor Qin Shi Huang and Big Goode Pagoda. Local flavor dinner--dumpling. Tang Dynasty Show in the evening. ( B L D )
Day 09: Xian -- Beijing by air
After breakfast, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to The Bell Tower and drum tower - dating back to the Ming dynasty (1368-1644). Then visit Xian City Wall - a symbol of great significance of the famous historic cultural city of Xian. Take afternoon flight to beijing, back to your hotel. ( B L )
Day 10: Beijing
Beijing Begin the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square, the world largest square of this kind. Move on to the Imperial Palace, also known as the "Forbidden City" that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. After lunch, you will go to visit the enchanting Summer Palace, one of China's largest and best-preserved imperial gardens. ( B L )
Day 11: Beijing
Today's highlight is to visit the great wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, continue a visit to Dingling, one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening. ( B L D )
Day 12: Beijing Exit
Transferred to Beijing Capital airport or free on your own. ( B )
