1. With or without escort Guide Service?
Most of the drivers speak little English. For an easy transfer, especially you have heavy pieces of luggage, you may choose our transfer with an escort guide; for a little adventure, you may choose our airport transfer without an escort guide. In this case, your driver will hold a piece of paper with your name meeting you at the exit hall instead of your escort guide doing this.

2. Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge you per car not per passenger. Our prices are fixed and there are no hidden charges

3.How about the vehicles?
We use the air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles. All the vehicles are licensed with insurance. 4.How about the driver?
All the drivers have the official licenses with at least over many years'driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; are properly dressed; are familiar with the region; refrain from smoking, eating and drinking in the passengers presence.

5. How do I meet the driver?
Your driver will hold a piece of paper and your name will be hand written on this piece of paper. He will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall.

6. What will happen if we do not meet the driver or the escort guide?

7. What if my flight is delayed or early?

8. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?

3) Way of Payment:
Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. We accept major credit cards. There is a surcharge for all card payments. You can also pay by paypal. You may pay to the driver on arrival in cash but you will be required to provide credit card details to secure the booking. No surcharge is paid for other ways of payment.

11. I have submitted a booking form, how will you confirm the booking?
We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not receive our confirmation, please contact us.

12. Will my credit card number be secure?
We have set up the way of payment by credit card through the third party (Bank of China). It's safe and convenient since we can't get access to any of your private information. You can rely on us. After your payment is done, you will get our scanned receipt via email.

13. Can I cancel my booking?

14. If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee and the cancellation fee.

15. How much luggage can I carry?
One person is supposed to carry one suitcase and one hand bag. If you have extra or large pieces of luggage, please keep us informed in advance in order to arrange a suitable vehicle for your party.

16. Any extra cost for early morning or late night airport transfer
If your flight departs from Beijing before 9:00am or after 11:00pm, and arrives at Beijing before 8:00am after 11:00pm, extra charge US$10 will be added to each car transfer.

Q: How many terminals at Beijing Capital Internatonal Airport?
A: At present there are three terminals - T3, T2 and T1. Most of the international flights arrive at T3 and T2. T2 and T1 are connected by a corridor. T3 is a little far from both T2 and T1. There is a Free Inter-Terminal Shuttle Buses connecting T3, T2 and T1. T3 is the largest single terminal in the world. Q: How to take a taxi from Beijing airport to my downtown hotel in Beijing?
A: It is advisable that you have your destination written in Chinese or indicated on a map. It's very often that you have to wait in line for quite some time to catch a taxi. There is no big difference between the various taxi companies in Beijing. A: At the three terminals outside the lounge halls, you will find many buses waiting for passengers. The Airport Shuttle Bus Team take 6 routes into the city: Xidan, Gongzhufen, Zhongguancun, Fangzhuang, Wangjing and Beijing Railway Station. The most popular route is to Xidan in central Beijing, a short walk from the Forbidden City.
