Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport is situated in the southeast of Zhengzhou, about 25km from Zhengzhou downtown. Railway
Zhengzhou is one of the biggest train hubs in China. Long-Hai Rail Line and Jing-Guang Rail Line converge in Zhengzhou city, which makes it convenient for passengers to take trains directly to most of the major cities of China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xian, etc.

Highway
Zhengzhou has a well-developed expressway system. There are many coach stations in Zhengzhou, serving buses to Handan, Baoding, Shijiazhuang, Fuyang, Funan, Huainan, Hefei, Suzhou, Shanghai, Wenzhou, Changzhou, Beijing, etc.
Zhengzhou Long-distance Bus Station is opposite to Zhengzhou Railway Station, providing provincial buses to Shaolin Temple, Luoyang and Kaifeng as well as inter-provincial buses to Anhui, Beijing, Fujian, Gansu, Guangdong, Guangxi and so on. Buses from the station to Shaolin Temple are available with about one and a half hours journey.
Passengers can take the bus to Luoyang, Kaifeng, Anyang and Songshan Mountain at the Central Bus Station
Get Around in Zhengzhou
Bus
In Zhengzhou downtown, most of buses provide service from 06:00 to 20:00. RMB 2 is for an air-conditioned bus while RMB 1 for a bus without air-conditioner. Tourist Bus Y1 is to Zijingshan Park, Zhengzhou Zoo and Yellow River Scenic Area. Taking Y16 can reach Fengle Grange and Yellow River Scenic Area.
Trolley Buses
Trolley Buses are common in Zhengzhou city, which are crossing at the railway station. The ticket fare is about the same with that of buses, from RMB1 to RMB2.
Taxi
Taxis in Zhengzhou are divided into two categories: red sedans and yellow vans. The red sedans with a flag-down fare of RMB6 for the first 2 kilometers and a large one with a flag-down fare of RMB 10 for the first 3 kilometers. The price to take taxis at night is charged with a different standard.The flag-down fare for the yellow-colored taxis is RMB 6 for the first 5 kilometers, and RMB 1 per kilometer for the rest distance.
