Itinerary:

Day 01：Arrival in Beijing

Arrival in Beijing. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Free for rest of the day.

Day 02：Beijing ( B L D )

First visit Forbidden City, that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. Then move on to Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and is the biggest square in the world. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Then move on to Summer Palace, originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty. Back to your hotel. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening.

Day 03: Beijing ( B L )

Full excursion tour to Badaling Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. Then, go on with the visit to Dingling ( Ming Tombs ), one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty.

Day 04：Beijing - Zhangjiajie by air ( B )

After breakfast, take flight for Zhangjiajie. Arriving at Zhangjiajie, met and transferred to Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. Check in at your hotel and free rest of the day.

Day 05: Zhangjiajie ( B L )

Today's highlight is to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Located in the northwest of Wulingyuan next to Tianzi Mountain and Suoxiyu Valley, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park has more than 3000 surprising pillar-like formations pulling out from earth and seen throughout the park. First take elevator up to Huangshi Fort to have a high view of the park - a huge painting of Chinese beautiful landscape: unique peaks, active mountains, flying waterfalls and bloom flowers and green grasses... After lunch, your afternoon tour will focus on the Jinbian Brook. It stretches a distance of 7.5 km from north to south, winding across mountains and valleys, breathing in the fresh air, feasting eyes on the grotesque valley and peaks on both sides.

Day 06: Zhangjiajie ( B L )

Today's highlight is to exlore Tianzi Mountain. Tianzi Mountain takes its after Xiang Dakun who took the lead in the local farmers" rebellion. He regarded himself Tianzi meaning "the Son of Heaven" in Chinese. Take cable car up to the mountain. 
The area is characteristic of high and dense hoodoos. The highest peak is Tianzi Peak which has an elevation of 1,262.5 meters. Mt. Tianzi is particularly recommended for its good view. Taking in the view there, one can see solitary and clustering mountains among the clouds mid mist.

Day 07: Zhangjiajie - Fenghuang by road ( B L )

Drive to Fenghuang Ancient Town (about 4 hours), visit Famous attractions in the town and have a boat cruise in the beautiful Tuo River, appreciate the unique architecture of local people, taste the culture of Miao minority people. Stay in Fenghuag.

Day 08: Fenghuang - Zhanjiajie - Shanghai ( B D )

After breakfast, you are free in Fenguang. Afternoon transferred back to Zhangjiajie. After dinner in Zhangjiajie, take flight for Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai.

Day 09: Shanghai ( B L D )

Morning is free on your own. After lunch, visit Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. Move on to the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty. In the evening dinner will be served. After dinner, you will be arranged to enjoy the fantastic Acrobatics show.

Day 10：Shanghai ( B L )

First visit Shanghai Museum, the selection of over 112,000 Chinese cultural relics from the Old Stone Age to modern times. Then proceed to visit the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people waching other people. Then move on to the Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.

Day 11：Exit from Shanghai ( B )

Transfer to airport for departure or free on your own
