The Early Morning of Temple of Heaven
Watching local people doing morning exercises and relaxing
Temple of Heaven is actually a big park, neat and big. There are a lot of locals, retired people who come here in the morning to hang out with friends and do morning exercises. There is a lot of activity everywhere you look around. Some people play Taichi; some learn ballroom dancing; other play cards and dominoes and much more! There was music and singing.
Stretch Your Leg Muscles. Stretching helps relax your muscles, so that you are less likely to be injured. Stretching also makes you much more flexible flexibility. Being flexible helps to reduce injury, as your body is able to deal with many positions, including those that seem very awkward.

Some people play Taiji.
