I enjoyed my tour of Xian - from start to finish. It was most comforting to have my tour guide meet me at the airport. Your tour guide - Ms Mary Ma is exceptional in both her English and her knowledge of her subject. She is to be congratulated.

Trip to Bell Tower, Great Mosque and Big Goose Pagoda
April 07, 2008. Today we had an easy day with only half day' city tour since people felt a little bit tired and also wanted to go shopping at the famous Islamic Market. We visited the central landmark of Xian - Bell Tower. Then proceeded to the Great Mosque. Lastly we drove to Big Goose Pagoda. The buffet lunch on the second floor of Xian Tangcheng Hotel was very nice with a rich choice of both western and Chinese food. The dinner - Hot-pot mutton at the century-old Donglaishun Restautant was a kind of experience to our guests from Romania.

Trip to Bell Tower, Great Mosque and Big Goose Pagoda

We visited the central landmark of Xian - Bell Tower. Then proceeded to the Great Mosque. Lastly we drove to Big Goose Pagoda. Bell Tower, is located in the heart of Xian with four directions facing the main four main street and the city gates. I went up to the bell tower.
Looking from the bell tower, on the west is the Xian Xidajie - the main street in Xian, the most valuable and traditional Chinese street with many attractions. One is the Drum Tower.
Behind the Drum Tower ( north of Drum Tower ) is the famous Islamic Street and market
On the west of the market is the Great Mosque
To the north-east corner, there is Star Bucks Coffee.
