Dear Reina,
My wife, Doug, and I have just returned from our Beijing-Xian-Shanghai trip and want to thank you and your Beijing and extended suppliers throughout China for the wonderful one week we spent in China and the most dedicated and professional service we received from our guides in Beijing (Alan), Xi'an (Jerry) and Shanghai (Bob) and their respective drivers. I make these comments as a marketing research professional whose practice includes customer service quality fulfillment evaluation. Of particular importance is that all of our arrangements were made with Tour-beijing.com via E-Mail and everything was actually delivered as promised and more.
Best personal regards, Doug Cirruzzo

Suzhou Trip
April 13, 2008. This morning was free for the group. After the 12-day tour in China, people had been a little bit tired. After the simple lunch, we drove to Suzhou. Suzhou is a city of silk, and famous for its private gardens. Its unique gardens are listed as world cultural heritage by UNESCO. The Hangzhou-Suzhou 160-km drive was smooth and comfortable due to the quality highway and the fine weather in spring. Suzhou No. 1 Silk Factory was today' highlight. People bought a lot from the factory. The hotel we used in Suzhou was a new hotel - Holiday Inn Suzhou. People were happy that next to the hotel there was a supermarket - Darun Youfa.
1. On the way to Suzhou

2. Arrival at Suzhou No 1. Silk Factory

3. Brief introduction to silk making

4. Dinner at Tianzhu Restaurant

5. Hawkers around the bus after dinner

6. Happy time on the bus

7. Suzhou Holiday Inn

8. Darun Youfa Supermarket ( 100 meters on the right side of the hotel )
