Defu Lane

Just as Beijing's Sanlitun and Shanghai's Xintiandi, Defu Lane in Xi'an has been a sign of vogue. Named Piying in Chinese, the Shadow Show is an age-old popular folk art of China. It is a very interesting performance, which is used the leather puppets and lamplight to perform behind a screen. The show obtains materials from the ancient historical stories and folk legends and the performance enjoys vivid, lovely, amusing and fascinating.

Water-screen Movie

Around 8 pm every night, a water-screen movie is put on for free in the central area of the Tang Paradise. Its strong three-dimensional effect brings you actual sense. Sometimes you feel it is apart from, sometimes it is near at hand. Absolutely, it will gratify your sensory organ.
