Suzhou Shanghai Trip

April 14, 2008. We had a very nice breakfast on the first floor at Holiday Inn Suzhou. After breakfast, we went to visit Lingering Garden - the best preserved garden in Suzhou. The Lingering Garden is one of the four most famous gardens in China. The other three are Summer Palace in Beijing, the Mountain Summer Resort in Chengdu and the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou. Before the lunch, people were arranged to visit Lanliyuan Emroidery Research Institute. Suzhou Embroidery is one of the oldest embroidery and best techniques in the world. After lunch, we direclty drove to Shanghai. The one-hour cruising on the Huangpu River was exciting! Tonight we stayed Golden River View Hotel,
