C. Choose your Expo shuttle bus departure and return time ( 3 departures in the morning and 3 returns in the afternoon)

3. After your booking is confirmed, you will get your ticket from our office in Beijing or a scanned ticket via email. Each ticket has a unique number, which is your most important identification for boarding your pre-booked bus.
4. You are kindly requested to get to the bus station hotel and take the shuttle bus exactly as you have booked. Your tickets are not refundable and not changeable.
5. Way of Payment
Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. Credit card payment, paypal or wire transfer.

Caution:
You will have your preferred shuttle bus space reserved only after we have received your money. During the time interval between receiving your money and your previously preferred shuttle bus space, your chosen shuttle bus seats may have been booked by other Expo participants. If that happens, we will try to reserve a similar shuttle bus for you in terms of hotel bus station and timetable.

Q: When & where does Expo Shanghai take place?
A: Time: May 01 - October 31, 2010
Venue: On the banks of Huangpu River between Nanpu Bridge and Lupu Bridge.

Q: What's the theme of this Expo?
A: The theme of the 2010 World Expo is to build a better city for mankind. This expo theme manifests the wish of the whole world for better life in future urban environments. There is a deep concern for upgrading the urban environments behind this theme. The number of city dwellers have risen continuously since 1800, and by 2010, according to the United Nations, urban dwellers will make up for 55% of the world population.

Q: What is Peak Day and Standard Day?
A: There are altogether 17 assigned days, which are
May 1 - 3 (International Labor Day Holiday)
October 1 - 7 (China's National Day Holiday)
October 25 - 31(The last 7 days of the Expo)
Standard days are non-peak days during the Expo from May 1 till October 31, 2010.

Q: Who are entitled to special admission tickets?
A: The following people can have special admission tickets:
* The disabled: having valid certificates of disability issued by institutions concerned.
* Senior people: born in or before the year of 1950, with valid IDs
* Students: having valid IDs
* Children: taller than 1.2 m
- Please note that children under 1.2 m is entiltled to free admission to Expo site.

Q: How to book the shuttle bus tickets?
A: Please fill up the form above and submit. Please pre-book the shuttle bus tickets at least one week in advance.

Q: How to get on an expo shuttle bus?
A: You are requested to show your passport when get on a shuttle bus and the bus company will have a list of the passengers on board.

Q: Any English speaking tour guides on the buses?
A: Yes, there is an English speaking tour guide on each bus.

Q: Will the tour guide on the bus escort the passengers around the site?
A: The tour guides offered by travel agencies will only guide the passengers into the expo site; passengers will visit the pavilions on their own.

Q: How to make an appointment for visiting a pavilion?
A: The travel agency will assist passengers in pre-booking a pavilion in advance, and the pavilion is only randomly selected by the expo organization, not to be chosen by passengers or the travel agency. The passengers on the same shuttle bus are allowed to visit the same pavilion.

Q: Any restaurants in the Expo site?
A: Restaurants inside the Expo site offer fast food, classic Chinese and overseas cuisine, bread, vegetarian food, coffee and snacks, among others. The Catering Center on the west side of the Expo Boulevard is the Expo's largest catering area.

Q: Any shopping areas in the Expo site?
A: Licensed products of Expo 2010 include precious metals, toys, accessories, ceramics, bags, sports equipment, lottery tickets, food and personal care products, among others. They are on sale at the retail shops of the public area inside the Expo site.
