“Little Wang's Home” expects that all his clients feel comfortable and at home while have meals at his restaurant. They have 3 branch restaurants. The rooms inside are freshly painted, and the waiters are all armed with walkie-talkies. If this all sounds a bit gaudy, do not fret. “top quality fruit wood-roasted Duck” is the hottest dish at Xiao Wang Fu. Their traditional Beijing roast duck, thin pancakes, sweet soubean sauce,good chefs. All ducks chosen at xiao wang fu are of superior quality, and carefully selected fruit tree wood are used to roast the duck and give it a special apricot aroma. The dipping sauce combines beijing’s own time-honored “liubiju” brand sauce with over 20 other natural ingredients.
At Xiao Wang Fu people can often find many foreign visitors hoping to satisfy their craving for roasted duck. The inner decoration has a distinct, traditional Chinese flavor, both elegant and tranquil-the air of a place suitable for ancient Chinese nobility.
