As a modern metropolis, the nightlife of Hangzhou is vigorous and fascinating. After daytime excursions to lakes and mountains in Hangzhou, tourists can get wholly relaxed at night. If you are prefer to quiet, drifting along the West Lake is a kind of activity by lovers, families or friends. There are benches going right round the Lake and every single one was taken. A really wonderful way to spend your evening.
If you are interested in Hangzhou culture, Impression West Lake and Song City at Night are to be recommended. It will be a enjoyable gain both sprit and vision.
Hangzhou is like a melting pot which assimilates various cultures from various countries including some foreign countries. And as the typical representative of its rich culture, pubs & bars here are enchanting and fascinating to many tourists. There are all kinds of pubs and bars to the tastes of different tourists, mainly gathering in Nanshan Road and Hubin Road.
Tea House
Next to the beautiful Wu Mountain scenic spot lies the Chenghuang Teahouse, a classical building with five layers. The interior decoration is simple and refined. You can enjoy a good view of Wu Mountain while sipping a cup of tea and tasting pastries. It is the best place for relaxation, and can be found at No.3 Wushan Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou.
Roman Holiday Coffee House The Coffee House is located at No.152 Nanshan Road, where the trees cast a pleasant shade along the lakeside. Offering authentic Italian coffee and specialized service, the coffee house has become an ideal place for commercial affairs, get-togethers and recreation.
Shamrock (San Ye) Bar
It is a foreign-owned Irish Bar right by He Fang Jie. This is a fun place to go if you are an English-speaking foreigner that wants to feel “at home” for a few hours. The bar was cool as well and spacious.

Reggae Bar (Hei Gen Jiu Ba)
Small bar homey, laid-back feel. Dark, wooden interior decorated in a Reggae theme with music to match, plus a nice mix of hip-hop, rock and rap as it gets later into the night. Caters to the foreign crowd, with an English menu and imported drinks. Staff is friendly and some of them can understand some English. Good mix of foreign and local crowd.
