Datong Tomb of Zhaowulingwang
Situated in the west of Linqiu County, zhaowulingwangmu is viewed as the Key Cultural Relic Unit under the State-level Protection. Zhaowulingwangmu was the 6th king of Zhao Country who contributed greatly to exploit territory and strengthen his nation and was note as outstanding politician and militarist.
Originally covering an area of 60,000 square kilometers, now its protected area is 10,900 square kilometers. A Monument was layed in the south of the tomb in the Ming Dynasty and built a 4-meter high stele floor. In 1984 around the tomb a bounding wall was built to make the protection. The thick trees spread all over the tomb, making the tomb more sublime.
