Tour Description
Pick from your hotel in Beijing around 8:00am. First drive 85 km to the Badaling Great Wall, one of the most magnificent sections of the Great Wall in Beijing. Hiking the east part of the Badaling Great Wall for 2-3 hours. Cable car is available, but it is optional. |

After lunch, then move on to Longqingxia Ravine in Yanqing County to enjoy ice sculptures and carvings during Longqingxia Ice Lantern Festival. Longqingxia may not compare to the winter wonders of the Harbin, but it's the only ice festival around the Beijing area. In the past over 20 years, it has been held each year. Over 400 ice sculptures made by both Chinese and foreign artists are exhibited there. It is worth coming and seeing.
