We had an absolutely perfect day with our tour guide - Rogin Luo - who took us for a hike along The Great Wall! Didn't know what to expect and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Very imformative, knowledgable and fun! We go to experience a part of The Great Wall that was unrestored and see all its natural beauty. Got a long history lesson along the way! After the hike, we all went to lunch at a small place at the bottom of the hill. Located in a house, we ate lunch in the proprietors bedroom! What a hoot! Rogin is the Best of the Best! This tour company delivered for us and we are extremely grateful.

Day 01
Arrival at Beijing ( L )
On arrival in Beijing, you will be met by our tour guide and directly have an excursion from Beijing airport to the Mutianyu Great Wall ( 2 hours ). The Mutianyu section of Great Wall is located in Huairou district, about 80 km north from downtown Beijing. The Mutianyu Great Wall is less crowded than Badaling Great Wall. At the end of the 2-hour Great Wall hiking, you are transferred to the downtown Beijing have an outside look at the Bird's Nest and Water Cube, a magic for the 2008 Olympic Games. Back to our pre-arranged hotel and free activity for rest of the day.

Day 02
Leave Beijing ( B L )
After breakfast at your hotel, you visit the Forbidden City ( 2 hours ), the Chinese imperial palace from the mid-Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty. Then move on to Tiananmen Square ( 40 minutes ), the largest public square in the world. Back to your hotel.
