Jiangyin City is located on the southern bank of Yangtze River, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Wuxi, 178km east of Shanghai and 192km west of Nanjing. Historically it was a strategic passage on the lower riches of Yangtze River with rich cultural heritage. It has a 35km length of deep river water line with a large cruise port. The port has established waterway trade relations with more than 40 countries and regions.
