Xian Hancheng
About 230 kilometers away from Xi’an City, Hancheng is positioned in the eastern part of Shaanxi province. Hencheng is a cultural city with a history of 3000 years.
The greatest Chinese historian Sima Qian was born here. It also turns out celebrities like Zhao Wu in the Spring and Autumn Period, Wang Jie, the prime minister of the Qing Dynasty, and Du Pengcheng, the well known writer in modern times, so it is also called the hometown of literary and history.
Hancheng enjoys its name as the natural ancient architecture museum. Heretofore, About more than 140 architecture of Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing are almost kept intact here. The Siheyuna of Ming and Qing Dynasty can be found everywhere. Dangjia Village is the most representative. It features elegant style and dense cultural flatus. It is well-known as the city of historical relics with lots of historic sites. The most famous ones are the Yumen Cave and the Memorial Temple for Sima Qian and the ancient city of Minimized Beijing.
