Maggie Wang,
Just to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Hangzhou. Jane Lee is the best tour guide I have ever had in my life. She is very professional and goes above and beyond her duties. She is an asset of your tour company. I will miss her. The driver was also professional and friendly.
Unfortunately, my experience in Shanghai was not good and I consider it a waste of my money and time. Nevertheless, I appreciate your efforts and if I ever go back to Hangzhou I would like to have Jane again. I will recommend your tour company to my friends.
Sincerely,
Morley,
