Itinerary

Day 01：Arrival in Beijing
Arrival in Beijing. Meet and transfer to your hotel. Free for rest of the day.

Day 02：Beijing ( B L D )
First visit Forbidden City, that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. Then move on to Tiananmen Square, the heart and symbol of Beijing and is the biggest square in the world. After lunch go on with the visit to Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. Then move on to Summer Palace, originally a royal garden and a temporary dwelling palace for emperors of Qing Dynasty. Back to your hotel. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening.
Day 03: Beijing - Xian by overnight train ( B L D )
Full excursion tour to Badaling Great Wall, symbol of Chinese civilization. Then, go on with the visit to Dingling ( Ming Tombs ), one of the Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. After dinner, transferred to Beijing West Station and take overnight Train No.Z19 starting at 19:57 for Xian ( four-bed cabin ).

Day 04:Arrival in Xian ( L D )
Arrival in Xian in the morning at 08:19am. Met & transfer to your hotel in Xina. After lunch, your city tour begins with a visit to The Shaanxi Museum - a large modern museum of the national level. Then move on to visit The Great Mosque, the biggest and most preserved complete Chinese existent mosque. After the day tour, get to the Shaanxi Grand Opera House around 6:00pm and our tour guide will help you find your seat for Tang Dynasty Show over Dumpling Dinner.

Day 05：Xian - Chongqing overnight train ( B L D )
Full day excursion to Terra-Cotta Army, a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old terra-cotta Army of China's First Emperor Qin Shihuang. After lunch, drive back to the city center of Xian and visit the City Wall. The main magnet of Xian is the city wall, which is the most complete city wall that has survived in China as well as being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world. After dinner, transferred to Xian Rail Station and take overning train NO.K1002/K1003 starting at 20:22 for Chongqing (4-bed cabin).

Day 06：Chongqing - Yangtze River ( B L D )
Arrival in Chongqing in the morning at 08:58am. Met and transferred to a nice restaurant to have lunch. After lunch, first visit Three Gorges Museum. The Museum is located opposite the Chongqing People's Hall. It is a public undertaking for the preservation, education, scientific research in respect of cultural relics and the natural environment of Chongqing and the Three Gorges area. Then take a walk along the ancient Ciqikou Old Town. Ciqikou Old Town is a historic Chinese old town with traditional style buildings and local flavor food. The late afternoon, be transferred to the dock and pre-board the ship.

Day 07：Yangtze River - Fengdu ( B L D )
The cruise starts at 9:00. Excursion to Fengdu(Ghost city).
Day 08：Yangtze River Cruise ( B L D )
Excursion to Baidicheng. Passing Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, Drifting in the Shennong Stream. Passing Dam Shiplock.

Day 09：Yichang - Wuhan - Shanghai by overnight train ( B L )
Passing Xiling Gorge. Arrive Yichang. Our local tour guide will meet you at the port. Transfer to Wuhan Railway Station and take train Z25/Z28 starting at 21:46 for Shanghai (4-bed cabin).

Day 10：Arrival in Shanghai ( L D )
Arrival in Shanghai in the morning at 07:17am. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai. After lunch, visit Yuyuan Garden, a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds. Move on to the Old City God's Temple Bazaar from the Song Dyansty. In the evening dinner will be served. After dinner, you will be arranged to enjoy the fantastic Acrobatics show.

Day 11：Shanghai ( B L )
First visit Shanghai Museum, the selection of over 112,000 Chinese cultural relics from the Old Stone Age to modern times. Then proceed to visit the "Pedestrians only" Nanjing Road, a walking bustling street that is always packed with people waching other people. Then move on to the Bund, one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai. After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.

Day 12: Leave Shanghai ( B )
Transfer to airport for departure or free on your own
