Me and my friend had a great time at Harbin and ice carving world and show world, we had some extra time so Steven Ma ( our local tour guide ) took us to place near Songhua River to see the winter swimming. It was amazing! We had a great time, it was the perfect ending to my trip in China. My Business Trip to Harbin ( Third Day )
On Feb 23, 2008, we had a full day sightseeing in Harbin. We first visited a riverside winter swimming pool! Winter swimming in Harbin is quite popular, a game for a brave man, even women! Most of the winter swimmers are high ages,in their 50s or even 60s and 70s! They swam, dived, even had boxing on the ice plateform!
On the last evening, we drank a lot, reluctant to leave the restaurant. Life is so beautiful! The next same meeting is planned to be held in Taipei feb 2009! See you in Taipei!
