Day by Day Itinerary

Day 01: Shanghai - Beijing by high-speed train ( D )
Pick up from your hotel in Shanghai and transferred to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station. Take No.G101(07:00/12:23) for Beijing. Met and transferred to visit Mutianyu Great Wall, the most beautiful section of the all 5 sections of the Great Wall in Beijing. The hike takes about 2-3 hours.

Head back to the downtown Beijing. After Beijing Duck dinner, enjoy the Kung Fu Show in the evening. Back to your hotel.


Day 02: Beijing Tour and take high-speed train to Shanghai ( B L )
After breakfast at your hotel, start your tour with the visit to Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world. Then move on to the Forbidden City, the Chinese imperial palace from the mid-Ming Dynasty to the end of the Qing Dynasty.

Head to Shichahai area behind Beihai Park for Hutong tour. First take rickshaw going around the deep Hutong in Shichahai area, visiting an ordinary family in a courtyard. Then ascend the drum tower and have a bird's eye view of the old Beijing - Shichahai area.

After Chinese lunch, transferred to Beijing South Railway Station. Take No.G147(14:53/20:20) for Shanghai. Arriving in Shanghai and go back to your hotel on your own.
