Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Arrival in Beijing, met and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. Free for the rest of the day.

Day 02: Beijing ( B L )
Starting the day with a visit to Tiananmen Square the world largest square of this kind. Then move on to the imperial palace, also known as the "Forbidden City" that symbolizes the imperial and traditional China. Contine to visit Temple of Heaven, the place where the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for peace and harvest. After lunch, head to Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. It is regarded as a museum of gardens in China. Transferred back to your hotel.

Day 03: Beijing ( B L D )
After breakfast, have an excursion to the Badaling Great Wall, a symbol of Chinese civilization. After lunch, go on with the visit to Dingling, one of Ming Tombs, where 13 emperors were buried in Ming Dynasty. Peking Duck dinner and Peking Opera Show in the evening.

Day 04: Beijing - Chengdu by air ( B D )
After breakfast, transferred to the airport for your flight to Chengdu. Arrival at Chengdu Airport, met by our local Englih speaking tour guide and transferred to our designated hotel in downtown Chengdu. First visit Wangjiang Tower Park. It is one of three famous cultural sites in Chengdu (the other two are Wuhou Temple and the Du Fu Cottage). It is located on the south bank of Jinjiang River of Chengdu dedicated to a woman, Xue Tao, a poet in the Tang Dynasty (618-907). The 39-meter high Wangjiang Tower is the tallest building in the park. The park is also famous for its elegant garden of bamboo. After Chinese dinner, head to Jinli Old Street. The Jinli Old Street was first built as a commercial street during the Shu Kingdom (221 A.D.-263 A.D.). It was rebuilt in 2004 in the traditional architectural style of the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). The over 350-meter long Jinli Old Street is the presentation of Chengdu ordinary city life. Transferred to your hotel in Chengdu and rest of day free at leisure.

Day 05: Chengdu ( B L )
After breakfast at your hotel, head to Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Centre, 10 km north of Chengdu city center. The Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Center has been constructed and imitated the pandas' natural habitat in the hope that they could have the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. There you can see pandas almost in their natural environment as they have plenty of space around them. They are incredibly cute to watch. They spend most of their day eating bamboo. After lunch, move on to Sanxingdui Museum, 30 km north of the giant panda center. Sanxingdui Museum is a cultural relic of the ancient Shu (Sichuan). Sanxingdui refers to three earth piles at the site, hence Sanxingdui Relic. The museum was formally opened to public in October 1997. The displays also provide foreigners with information about the history of China. Back to your hotel and rest of day free at leisure.

Day 06: Chengdu - Chongqing by Bullet Train  - on Board the cruise ships
After breakfast at your hotel and have a half day sightseeing in Chengdu including the visits to Du Fu Cottage and Wuhou Temple. Du Fu was a very a great poet the Tang Dynasty (618-907). The simple cottage was built in memory of him over a thousand years ago. He stayed there for three years and nine months writing over 240 poems. Then move on to Wuhou Temple. The temple was built in the sixth century to commemorate Zhuge Liang (Kongming), known for his great wisdom. Zhuge Liang was a famous military strategist of the tree Kingdoms period (AD220-280) - the three kingdoms are Wei, Shu and Wu that formed the three"Sub-country" Confrontation in ancient China. After lunch, take the flight for Chongqing, the largest industrial and commercial center in the southwest of China. Our tour guide will transfer you to the Chengdu Train Station and take bullet train to Chongqing. Then transfer you to the port and preboard Cruises vessel.

Day 07: Chongqing - Fengdu (Ghost City) on board ( B L D )
The cruise starts at 9:00. Excursion to Fengdu (Ghost city), a must- shore excursion site on the Yangtze cruise ( B L D )

Day 08: Yangtze Cruise on board ( B L D )
Excursion to Baidicheng. Passing Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge, Drifting in the Shennong Stream. Passing Dam Shiplock, the Three Gorges Dam will be the largest hydropower station and dam in the world.

Day 09: Yichang - Shanghai by air ( B L )
Passing Xiling Gorge. Arrival at Yichang, on the the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Our local tour guide will meet you at the port. After lunch, transferred to the Yichang Airport. Take the afternoon flight for Shanghai. Met and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai.

Day 10: Shanghai ( B L D )
After breakfast, Pick up from your hotel in Shanghai. First come to People's Square in the city center, covering 140,000 square meters, surrounded by the municipal government office building, the Shanghai Museum, Shanghai City Planning Exhibition Hall and the Grand Theatre. Then walk to the Nanjing Road. It is regarded as the first commercial street in Shanghai. It was first built in 1851. Now Nanjing Road has turned into the number one site for shopping in the city. Then move on to The Bund , one of the most noted waterfront and architectural symbols of Shanghai.

After lunch, go to Shanghai's new zone - Pudong ( east of Huangpu River) and ascend Jinmao Tower to have an eye-bird's view of Shanghai city. Then move to Yu yuan Garden , a classical Qing Dynasty garden with over 30 pavilions linked by a maze of corridors and bridges over ponds, Yu Market. Finally take one hour cruising on Huang Pu River. Back to your hotel.

Day 11: Shanghai ( B )
You enjoy a freeday in Shanghai.

Day 12: Exit From Shanghai ( B )
Transfer to airport for departure or free on your own.
