Betty Zhang,
Me and my friend had a great time at Harbin and ice carving world and show world, we had some extra time so Steven Ma ( our local tour guide ) took us to place near Songhua River to see the winter swimming. It was amazing! We had a great time, it was the perfect ending to my trip in China. I hope I can use your company again and will definitely refer my friends to your website if the come to Beijing and other parts of China in the future.
And feel free to use this email for your website as a testimonial, or if you need something a little more detailed please don't hesitate to ask as I would be happy to send one.
Thanks for all your help and hard work, you made my trip,
Gail Clarke

Harbin Yabuli Through Train Schedule
K7011: Leave Harbin at 7:46 and arrive at Yabuli South Train Station at 10:45
K7012: Leave Yabuli South Railway Station at 16:28 and arrive at Beijing at 19:31
Harbin Yabuli Train Timetable
This is a tourism train, the only through train linking Harbin and Yabuli Ski Resort. There are two railway stations in Yabuli - Yabuli Railway Station and Yabuli South Railway South Station. Yabuli Railway Station is located in Yabuli Township, about 22km km apart from Yabuli South Railway Station, which lies just next to Yabuli Ski Resort.
The special ski train line was put into operation on Dec 25, 2007. The ski train line has greatly shortened the distance between the train station and the ski resort. In the tourism peak season ( usually later Nov till March next year ) a bullet CRH train is used to upgrade the service. But in the normal season, the old green train is still used.
In the ski high season, the ski through train tickets are hard to get. In addition, people have to transit at Harbin Railway Station to connect this tourism train. So there are still many skiers perfer to take the trains to the midway Yabuli Railay Station instead of Yabuli South Railway from other cities rather than from Harbin. If you disembark from the midway Yabuli Railway Station, you have to take the local mini bus to the Yabuli Ski Resort. The bus ride is about 30km, costs you around RMB 50.
Scanty passengers due to the low season
On Nov 04, 2009, I'm awoken at 7:00am by the preset morning call. After simple breakfast offered by my cozy hotel - Hanting Harbin Train Station, I walk quickly to the nearby Harbin Railway Station. It is not a tourist reason for going to Yanbuli Ski resort. So it is not a surprise when I find only scanty passengers waiting in the waiting lounge for Yabuli Ski Resort. Today I'm maybe the only traveler on the train. Most of them are the workers or staff working in Yabui Ski Resort.

It is an old green train.
The conductor tells me that it's their last duty on the train. From Nov.11, 2009, the tourist train - a CRH train will replace them to run the line between Harbin and Yabuli South Railway Station.

The train runs along a flat and shallow valley for 3 hours.
The tourism train has two stops on the route - Pingshan and Maoeershan, both of which are tourist destinations. It is a later autumn time. The local farmers are busy with completing their corn harvest.

After two stops, there are only five of us on the car.
The train has 9 cars. There are only five people including me on the car. Some of the car are just empty!

I'm surprise at the European building style of Yabuli South Railway Station.
We arrive at Yabili South Station on time after 3 hour train drive. I'm surprised to find that the station is a Gothic architecture, a lonely bueauty on a wild field.

Standing by the station, I find my dreamy Yabuli Ski Resort is in sight!
Still immersed in the thrill at the staton, I turn around surprised to see the distant view of the ski grounds in Yabuli Ski Resort.
Yabuli Ski Resort is mainly composed of three hills - Daguokui, Erguokui and Sanguokui.
Yabuli! I'm coming!
