Pick up from your mid-town hotel in Beijing around 6:00am. Then transferred to Beijing Railway Station and take the bullet train No.25 leaving at 7:15am for Harbin. Arrival in Harbin at 15:19, met by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Harbin (booked by us). You will enjoy your leisure time for rest of the day.
Pick up from your hotel, then have the excursion to enjoy the Snow Carving Festival in Sun Island. The Sun Island is one of northern China's most scenic spots and is famous throughout the country as a resort. However, in winter, when the whole island is covered with snow, that it is the best time to take part in the famous Snow Carving Festival here.
Then drive further north ( about 37km north of Harbin downtown) to see the Siberian tigers in the Northeast Tiger Park. You are arranged to have a close look at the tigers on a moving bus as well as having a chance to see the tigers through a special walking corridor. It is a thrill and exciting experience to see these cute big cats.
After lunch, drive back to the city center to visit the city landmark of Harbin - St.Sophia Church. It is the largest Eastern Orthodox Church in China as well in the Far East. It has the height of 53.3 meters and has an area of 721 square meters. Then walk along Zhongyang Street ( Central Street ). Harbin is often dubbed as the Eastern Moscow due to its Russian architecture rooted in the city. The Zhongyang Dajie is the most famous street refecting the foreign styles. It includes many European architectural styled buildings from Renaissance and the baroque to eclecticism.
After dinner, you will have your highlight activity in Harbin - enjoy the Ice and Snow World, an ice fairyland on earth. The ice carvings at the Harbin Ice and Snow World are listed as the world's greatest examples of ice art, the largest ice and snow art exhibition in the world of this kind. People can enjoy the largest and most amazing ice-sculpted masterpieces. After Ice & Snow World, you are transferred back to your hotel in Harbin.
Start today's tour with the visit to the winter swimming pool. Winter Swimming is a very popular sport in Harbin. The brave winter swimmers go swimming in the icy water in winter while the other people watch wearing thick clothes. Local swimmers put on some performaces like dancing and boxing on the ice as well as swimming in the pool against the chilly weather.
Then the move on to Heilongjiang Provincial Museum in the city center. The main building of the Museum was built in 1904, and is a brick-and-wood structure following the style of Russian architecture. The Museum is composed mainly of two parts - the exhibition area of 3,000 square meters and the relics storage building of almost the same size.
Then walk to the ajoining Hongbo Square - the largest underground shopping mall in Harbin. A former air-shelter built in 1960s, it has turned into a huge tunnel department store. Warm inside during the chilly winter, you feel much comfortable, but you will be dazzled by the rich variety of the stuff packed in the underground tunnels turned shopping maze!
After lunch, you are transferred to Harbin Railway Station and take the bullet train No.26 leaving at 15:38 for Beijing. Arrival in Beijing at 23:33, met and transferred back to your hotel in Beijing. End of the travel service.

Harbin - Beijing by Bullet Train No.26(15:38-23:33)
