Booking Note:
1. Important Notice on Airport and Train Transfer1) If your flight or train departs from the city before 9:00 am or after 11:00 pm, and arrives at the city before 8:00 am or after 10:00 pm, extra charge US$10 will be added to each car transfer.
2) For airport pick-up, your driver will meet you at the airport holding a piece of paper with your name; for railway pick-up, your English speaking tour guide will hold a piece of paper with your name and meet you.
2. Important Notice on Car Rental to Attractions
1) The car tour service above is limited to 8 hours within 100 km distance. For extra hour car service or distance, please consult our trip adviser for new quotations.
2) If you'd like to add additional attractions to the listed car rental service above, please contact our trip adviser for new quotations.
3. About our vehicles
We use the air-conditioned and well-shaped vehicles. All the vehicles are licensed with insurance. All vehicles are equipped with air-conditioning; can carry standard luggage; are always clean, tidy and odor-and damage-free.

6-15 travelling Party: we offer 22-seat coach
4. About our drivers
All the drivers have the official licenses years'driving experience. All drivers select the most dynamic route, observe local traffic regulations; are properly dressed; are familiar with the region; refrain from smoking,eating and drinking in the passengers presence.

6. How to reserve the car rental?
a. Please use our online booking or send your travel request via email to . You are also welcome to call us at + 86 10 67160201 ext 1006.
b. Our real trip advisors will have contact you either by email or telephone. We offer one to one real person contact. When your booking is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email which includes the confirmed detailed itinerary with prices.
c. Way of Payment: Prepayment is needed to hold your reservation. Cash payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both Yuan and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable.
7. Cancellation Policy
If we receive your written notice on your change or cancellation 12 hours in advance of your arrival, you will have your full refund guaranteed.
If we get your urgent cancellation within 12 hours of arrival, you will pay US$10 per vehicle; If no-show, you will get a penalty of full payment.
