Day 01: Beijing - Luoyang by afternoon flight
Pick up from your hotel in Beijing and transferred to Beijing Capital International Airport. Take the afternoon flight for Luoyang. Arrival at Luoyang, met by our representative in Luoyang and and transfered to our designated hotel in Luoyang. Free for rest of the day.
Day 02: Luoyang - Shaolin - Luoyang by road
After breakfast, take one and half hours' drive to Shaolin Temple about 80 km away from Luoyang city. Shaolin Temple is the birthplace of Chan Buddism-cradle of Shaolin Kongfu. In the temple you will have the chance to enjoy the real Kung fu performance by the monks. Shaolin Temple is located in the Songshan Mountains, 100 km south-east of Luoyang and about 90 km southwest of Zhengzhou-Henan's provincial capital. Shaolin Temple is famous not only as one of China's most important Buddhist temples, but also as the center of Chinese kung-fu. After lunch, drive back to Luoyang and visit the famous Longmen Grottoes - one of the three largest grottoes in China. The Longmen Grottoes were listed as a World Heritage Site in Nov, 2000. Day 03: Luoyang - Beijing by morning flight
After breakfast at your hotel, have a private transfer to Luoyang Airport and take the morning flight for Beijing. Arrival at Beijing and transferred to your hotel in Beijing. ( B ) B -- Breakfast, L -- Lunch
