After climbing the east section of the Badaling Great Wall, we drive to the Juyongguan Pass Great Wall Hotel - our first night hotel on our 5-day Great Wall hike trip. This 4-star courtyard hotel is located in the inner city of the Juyongguan Pass - one of the most spectacular Great Wall passes in China. The Juyongguan Pass has two gates - South and North. The Great Wall circles the Juyongguan Pass, hence the name of the Juyongguan Pass Great Wall. We stay inside the Juyongguan Pass which is surrounded by the Juyongguan Pass Great Wall.
