Airline

Railway
Hangzhou has two main railway stations: New Hangzhou Railway Station and Eastern Railway Station, which are close to the city center. The Hangzhou Railway Station is abut 20 minutes from the city center by taxi, so is the Eastern Railway Station. Bus No.7, No. k7 and No. you 2 in Hangzhou Railway Station and No. you5 in the Eastern Railway Station pass through these main scene area of West Lake.

Highway
Hangzhou is the transportation center of Zhejiang Province. Its coach stations distribute in four directions: the east, the west, the north and the south. Hangzhou railway station offers free bus to the coach stations.
Waterway
Hangzhou port is located on 138 Huancheng Rd., north of Wulin Square, near the intersection of Huangshan N. Rd. and Zhongshan N. Rd. The boat goes to Wuxi and Suzhou.
City Transportation
Taxi
Taxis are everywhere and metered. Fares vary depending on the size of the vehicle. Generally most taxis charge a base fare of RMB10 during the day and RMB11 at night, with an additional RMB1 per km.
Bicycle
Most of the big hotels in Hangzhou rent bikes fors RMB10 per day--leave a deposit of RMB400 or your passport.
