Day 01: Pick up from your hotel in Xian, or Xian Train Station, or Xian Airport
Afternoon half day group in Xian
First visit Shaanxi Provincial History Museum, a large modern museum of the national level. It is a giant architectural complex in the Tang-dynasty style. It occupies an area of 70,000 square metres, and the construction area being more than 50,000 square metres. It focuses on the highlights of the Shaanxi culture and depicts the development of the Chinese civilization.
Then visit Xian Ancient City Wall. It has been preserved intact, which is rarely seen in the world. The construction of the Xian City was formally started in the seventh year of Emperor Hongwu's reign (1374) and completed in the eleventh year of Hongwu's reign (1378). The rectangular city wall is 13.7 kilometers in circumference and has 5,984 crenels and 98 places for the garriosn troops to stay in.
Lastly come to the downtown Xian to visit The Great Mosque, the biggest and most preserved complete Chinese existent mosque. First built at the Tianbao first year (742 years) during Tang Dynasty, it was rebuilt by Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing, and has formed present scales. The whole mosque has more than 12,000 square meters, the floor space more than 4,000 square meters, keeps the construction mostly in the Ming Dynasty styel. So the Mosque here in Xi'an has much Chinese traditional touch in both its design and artistic outlook.
After the Today's half day tour, you are transferred to the centrally located hotel - Melody Hotel Xian, just across the Great Mosque and Bell Tower.
Day 02: Full Day Group to the Terra-cotta Warriors
Pick up from your hotel in Xian. First visit the Terra-cotta Warriors. This profound discovery made a sensation across the whole world! The museum was officially finished and opened to the public on October 01, National Day, 1979. The exhibition hall of Pit No. 3 was finished and opned to the public on September 27, 1989. 5 years later, the exhibition hall of Pit No. 2 was open to the public in October, 1994. The museum and the mausoleum are listed the world's cultural legacies as the UNESCO.
After lunch, on the way back to the downtown Xian, visit Banpo Museum. Banpo Neolithic Village Museum gets its name from the remains of Banpo village which is located east of Xian. The remains were discovered in 1953. The village was inhabited from about 4500 BC. It is recorded that about 6000 years ago, a village was set up by a late Neolithic people. There were about 500 villagers who lived in the village. Visitors can still see the remains of over 40 houses, over 200 cellars, 6 kilns.
Then move on to Big Goose Pagoda. Originally Big Goose Pagoda consisted of a brick structure of five storeys and was about 60 meters high. Originally built in 589A.D- 6000 years ago. The Big Goose Pagoda is situated in the Da Ci'en Temple, four kilometers away from the center of the city. It is one of the city's most distinctive and outstanding landmarks, possibly the most beautiful building left in Xian today.

Day 03: Leave Xian
After breakfast, you are free till your private transfer to Xian Airport or Xian Train Station for your next destination.
