2.Limo Service:
We offer escorted transfers and car rental in Beijing and major cities in China. We use 12 seat-Benz van or Red-flag car ( Chinese Limo ) for the transfers with driver and tour guide.
3.Flight and train ticket booking:
We have good connection with the domestic airlines and train stations. At most cases, we are able to offer discounted air-tickets in your favor.
4.City Tours:
We offer varying customized city tours in Beijing and major cities in China to suit your requests. If you want to travel alone, you may choose our private tours which exclude other people; if you prefer to meet other tourists, you may take our group tours which offer you the chance to mix with other individual tourists.
5.Tour Guides:

We take last minute bookings and try to make your reservation per your request.

How can I know my tour is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email or call from our office once your tour program is confirmed by our sales representative and travel suppliers concerned.

How can I do the payment?
Please choose one of the following payment methods:
1.Cash payment upon arrival
Cash payment is either used for small amount of money to cover your tour expense or pay the balance upon arrival in Beijing China. We don't suggest you pay large amount of money by cash upon arrival.
Note: Pre-payment by credit card is needed for any airport or port transfer, and tours including flight and hotel bookings.
2.Credit card payment prior to your arrival
Credit card payment prior to your arrival is requested either to pay for the deposit or for the total tour expenses before your arrival in Beijing China.
3.Credit card payment upon your arrival
Credit card payment is used either to pay for the balance or for the total tour expenses upon your arrival in Beijing China
4.Wire Transfer
5. For credit card payment, please provide the following information:
1) Name of the card holder
2) Type of the credit card
3) Credit card expiration date
4) Fill the authorization form attached and fax to us the copy or email the scanned copy
Remark:
1)We have set up the way of payment by credit card through the third party (Bank of China). It’s safe and convenient since we can’t get access to any of your private information. You can rely on us. After your payment is done, you will get our scanned receipt via email.
2)Payment by Credit Cards will be charged in RMB (1 USD = 7 RMB) and 3%-4% service fee will be charged by banks from your card.
3)Wire transfer payment is strongly recommended as it’s the safest way of payment.
4)For the final way of payment and amount to be paid, please consult our trip advisors.

Can I make any change when I already have started the tour?
Yes, we take last minute booking as well as change. But for the changes, you are kindly requested to pay extra if any losses incurred.

What's your liability disclaimer policy ?
Beijing Xinhua International Tours purchases air and ground transportation, hotel, restaurant and other travel services from independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Therefore Beijing Xinhua International Tours will be exempt from any liabilities for death, injury, baggage loss and damage or any other loss that may occur due to any act or omission of such supplier.

What's your itinerary deviation policy ?
Itinerary Deviations to the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war, fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure all the visits and excursions will be similar. Beijing Xinhua International Tours can substitute the itinerary upon your agreement.

What your hotel booking policy?
The Hotels listed will be used in most circumstances. When the predefined hotels are not available, Beijing Xinhua International Tours Corporation Ltd. can substitute hotels of the same class and standard upon your agreement.

How about the restaurants and vehicles we are going to use?
The vehicles for the ground transportation should be in good condition with A/C. All restaurants should be either appointed by local authorities of tourism bureau or have been chosen and checked by Beijing Xinhua International Tours.

What kind of the tour guide do we expect?
All guides must be licensed, with at least 2-year college degree and minimum 2-year working experience.

What's your privacy policy?
Beijing Xinhua International Tours agrees not to disclose any your personal related information to any third party.

What's your cancellation policy ?
We are sorry that you are going to cancel your trip in China. We fully understand you have the right reasons for your choice. The cancellation fee will be charged to your account per the policy below:

Period before departure when cancellation is notified	Cancellation fee
30 days before your tour starting in China	Deposit non-refundable
Between 15-30 days	20% of total package price
Between 8-14 days	30% of total package price
Between 2-7 days	50% of total package price
Within 48 hours	100% of total package price

Caution: Yangtze River Cruise fare can’t be refunded if you cancel within 35 days before departure. No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the full payment.

If we are not satisfied with your services, What can I do?
You may first notify your guide immediately to avoid any potential similar problems from happening again during your trip.
If your situation is quite serious, and you want to have a complaint, please kindly send us an email or call us in 30 days at the end of your trip. We are not responsible for any complaints after 30 day.

If we want to leave some comment on our trip, how can I do?
At the end of your tour in each city, you will get a feedback form from your guide. Please fill in the form and let the guide take to our offices. If you don't want to let the guide know your comment, please post your online feedback on Beijing Xinhua International Tours.
