We had an absolutely perfect day with our tour guide - Rogin Luo - who took us for a hike along The Great Wall! Didn't know what to expect and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Very imformative, knowledgable and fun! We go to experience a part of The Great Wall that was unrestored and see all its natural beauty. Got a long history lesson along the way!
After the hike, we all went to lunch at a small place at the bottom of the hill. Located in a house, we ate lunch in the proprietors bedroom! What a hoot! Rogin is the Best of the Best! This tour company delivered for us and we are extremely grateful.

Bangchui Island, at the east end of Binhai Road, 9 km from Dalian downtown is a renown scenic interest combining of mountain, sea, island and beach. The area is lined by mountain in three sides in the shape of Bangchui (an ancient washing tool).
Binhai Road is in the southern seaside of Dalian, reviewed as the best travelling road. It was constructed in 1970s and used for military purpose initially. In 1980s, it became a premier tourist attraction of Dalian.
Dalian Natural History Museum is a comprehensive natural and scenic museum combining geology, paleontology, animal, plant sample, research and display. Olympic Square, in the north of Dalian People’s Stadium, is to commemorate Dalian’s 100th birthday and to carry forward the Olympic spirit. Covering an area of 23,000 square kilometers, the whole square is divided into five activity areas by Olympic rings. In the south, there are 1 football field, 12 tennis courts and 4 gateballs.
Jinshitan National Resort is in the east of Jinzhou District, about 58 km from Dalian downtown. It is the first national-level tourist resort authorized by Chinese Government. Surrounded by sea on the three sides, the Jinshitan National Resort consists of Eastern Peninsula, Western Peninsula, backland between two peninsulas and bathing beach.
Shengya Ocean World is in the west of Xinghai Square, Shanekou District. As one of the five 4A Scenic Spots in Dalian, Shengya Ocean World has the 1118-meter transparent underwater tunnel. It is an aquarium theme park where visitors can experience the world of the sea through a story-telling structure.
