Saute Spicy Chicken
Saute spicy chicken is a noted cuisine of Xinjiang, made of braised chicken, potato and noodle. It is said that about 60 years ago, general Wang Zhen took a few of officers to a farming battatlion in a desert. The only chicken was killed to serve them, but it wasn’t enough. Nang
Nang, as the main food of western people of China, is a kind of roasted pancake made from flavor, or corn flour. The flour is mixed with seasoning such as sesame seed, onion, egg, butter, milk, salt and sugar.
Cabobs
Referring to Xinjiang cabobs, ones in other cities are like in a small sorcerer in the presence of a great one. When one side is baked on the special oven, the other side is sprinkled salt, pepper, and cumin seeds. After three or five minutes, turn into another side.
Hands Pilaf
