Location: Ji’an(吉安), primarily referred to as Luling, Jizhou, derived its name from the implication of “propitious peaceful live”, which is located in the central region of Jiangxi Province, on the middle course of Range Luoxiao. The city borders Fuzhou and Ganzhou in the east, Hunan Province in the west, Yichun and Zhangshu in the north and Gan County in the south.

History: Jian includes a long-standing history, from which generated the “Luling Culture” over the surging course of history. Railways- Jian Railway Station is located on Qingyuan Street, in Qingyuan District on the eastern bank of Gan River. Mount JingGan is located in Taihe County.
Highways- Ji’an Coach Station is located in Jizhou District, Ji’an. Besides there are No.105 and No.319 national highways serving as convenient routes. Line Heyuan-Ganzhou runs through the city which connects the southern and northern region.
Local Specialties: Black-bone chicken, cumquat and Goukunao tea are among the “three most favored treasures” in Ji’an. Besides, Jinggangshan green tea, Donggu green tea and Suichuan salted duck are of special popularity.

Attraction: Meibei village (渼陂)- Meibei village is 30 miles away from the urban area of Ji’an city, occuried an area of 1 square kilometers along the bank of Fushui River, southern region in Qingyuan District. Inside the village, there are completed ancient and modern cultural track, which suggest the profound implication of both human beings as well as lifestyle. The building was initiated in Song Dynasty, subjected to several reconstructions, yet maintained a sense of ancient and plain.
