We had an absolutely perfect day with our tour guide - Rogin Luo - who took us for a hike along The Great Wall! Didn't know what to expect and were thrilled to have him as our guide. Very imformative, knowledgable and fun! We go to experience a part of The Great Wall that was unrestored and see all its natural beauty. Got a long history lesson along the way!
After the hike, we all went to lunch at a small place at the bottom of the hill. Located in a house, we ate lunch in the proprietors bedroom! What a hoot! Rogin is the Best of the Best! This tour company delivered for us and we are extremely grateful.

Dazhao Temple (大召寺) is a Buddhism temple situated in the south of Yuquan District, Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. There is a statue of silver Buddha hence the name Silver Buddha Temple.
Located outside o f the north gate of the old city, Grand Mosque ( 清真大寺) is the earliest and biggest mosque in Hohhot and covers an area of 4,000 square meters.
White Pagoda (白塔) is lied in White pagoda village, about 17 kilometers from the east suburb of Hohhot city where used to be Fengzhou city in Liao, Jin and Yuan Dynasties.
Zhaojun Tomb (昭君墓) is the resting place of Wang Zhaojun, 6km south of Hohhot city. It has been listed among the eight most popular attractions in Hohhot.
Located in the center of Hohhot city, the Inner-Mongolian Museum (内蒙古博物馆) is on the north-south axis with the main halls facing the east, a white horse prancing on the top of the building.
