Easy Process of Booking and Using Our Secure Transfer Service
1. Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge you per car not per passenger. Our prices are fixed and there are no hidden charges. We offer private door to door transfer without other passengers sharing your transfer.
2. Transfer with or without English Speaking escort Service?
Most of the drivers speak little English. For an easy transfer, especially you have heavy pieces of luggage, you may choose our transfer with an English speaking tour guide. But it is okay for you to book your private transfer without guide service for a little adventure. In this case, your driver will hold a piece of paper with your name meeting you at the exit hall instead of your escort guide doing this.
3. How to book Beijing airport private transfer?

2) When your reservation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email from us:

3)Mode of Payment:
Prepayment is needed to keep your booking. You can pay by paypal. We also accept major credit cards with a surcharge for all card payments. You can pay by paypal.
4. I have submitted a booking form, how will you confirm the booking?
We will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt (except on Sunday ). If you do not receive our confirmation, please contact us.
5. Will my credit card number be secure?
We have set up the way of payment by credit card through the third party (Bank of China). It's safe and convenient since we can't get access to any of your private information. You can rely on us. After your payment is done, you will get our scanned receipt via email.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.
7. If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and can I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee and the cancellation fee.
8. How do I meet my driver or tour guide?
Your driver or tour guide will hold a piece of paper and your name will be hand written on this piece of paper. He or she will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall.
9. What will happen if we do not meet the driver or the escort guide?
If you are unable to find your driver or tour guide, don't worry and go to the tourist information counter just opposite to the exit hall. Please ask the staff to assist you call us please call 0086 67160201 ext 1006 or call your trip advsior's mobile phone. Please don't leave the airport without informing Us!
10. What if my flight is delayed or early?
The driver or the escort guide who is arranged to pick you up will check the flight status on the day. The driver or the escort will arrive according to the latest flight information.
11. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
Our drivers will make great effort to be on time, but at times it is difficult to foresee traffic and other situations beyond our control. Of course, these situations are very rare and 99% of the time we are able to meet your as you come out of the exit hall. If you exit and cannot find your driver, please to go to the tourist information counter just opposite to the exit hall. 12. Do we need to tip your driver or escort guide?
Tipping is not compulsory in China, a tip is expected as a sign of appreciation for good service.
13. Does you vehicle has wifi?
Yes, all our vehicles for airport transfers are equipped with wifi and GPS.
14. How much luggage can I carry?
One person is supposed to carry one suitcase and one hand bag. If you have extra or large pieces of luggage, please keep us informed in advance in order to arrange a suitable vehicle for your traveling party.
