House riding, visiting Aobao and a herdsmen's family
House riding, visiting Aobao and a herdsmen's family is usually a tour package, which usually takes about 2-3 hours. And they are also the most excited experience in grassland. After all, grassland is the right place for house riding. We are divided into 4 or 5 groups, I can not remember clearly and each group was taken care by two herdsmen. On the midway we got off to fete Aobao and visit a herdsmen’s family. The herdsmen served us warmly with her homely dishes, such as cheese, milk tea, and some refreshments, all of which are done by herself.
After the house riding, we took the Luoluoche-a quadricycle taken by camel.
Performances of Mongolian style wrestling, Horse racing and Equestrian
The performance is started at 5:00 p.m. every day. We were lucky enough to enjoy the whole performance. The first program was wrestling competition performed by local Mongolians. Most of them are very vigorous. The wonderful horse riding also attracted us.

Supper in the Restaurant
We had supper in a restaurant of the grassland. It is a large hall which can hold more than 100 tables. Most of dishes are the local products in the inner Mongolia. The speciality called “roasted full sheep” was also brought on the table. The local people are very hospitable. Several local girls drank toasts to us during supper.

Bonfire in the Evening
Bonfire is an open-air activity held at 9 p.m. every day. There is a large stage for the performers. A bonfire was ignited in front of the stage. Almost all the people on the grassland gathered here at night. They formed a circle and danced or let off fireworks before 9 p.m., and enjoyed the wonderful local songs and dances presented by the local Mongolians after 9 p.m.
The Sunrise on Gegentala Grassland
Sunrise is one of the greatest marvellous spectacle in nature. In order to enjoy the beautiful scenery on the grassland, we got up at 4:20 in the morning. We found a wide place and waited. Everything was dark before the sunrise. With the sun coming out, everything became brighter and brighter.
