Information: Half of the Line 10 loop, north and east of the city centre, has been in operation since July 19, 2008. The other half of the loop, in the south and west, is now under construction. In the north, south and west, the Line 10 loop is situated in between the city's Third and Fourth Ring Roads. In the east, Line 10 runs underneath the eastern Third Ring Road. When Line 10 is fully completed on September 30, 2013, it will form a second concentric ring around the Line 2 loop
