Beijing Jindinghu Ski Resort
Introduction
Beijing Jindinghu is the largest scenic area of Miyun District, Beijing, a new highlight in the east region of Beijing. The Jindinghu Ski Resort is located along the bank of Jinding Lake, which is rare in the world. The ski resort is 89kms from Beijing and a mere 45 minutes’ drive from the city on the soon-to-be finished Beijing-Miyun freeway.
As per the character of the Chinese ski market, the Jindinghu Ski Resort was designed on the bases of introducing into the foreign advanced technique. There are intermediate and novice runs and a beginner's slope. Three primary slide-ways are 200-400 meters long, and two secondly slide-ways are 400-600 meters long. They also have 300-meter long pipe for snowboarders, snowmobile and even night-skiing. For those wanting to stay overnight, the resort has built twenty villas along the lake. In the winter, there are skating activities on the lake.
No matter what its natural landscape or the humanity environment attracts more and more foreign visitors.
