Lei Feng Memorial Hall, founded on August 1st, 1977, and opened to the public in March 1982, has continued to offer a free exhibition plus a mobile display to several Beijing district and counties.Its regular exhibition has sections on “Lei Feng-Hero of Humanity,” “The Formation of the Lei Feng Spirit,” “Content of the Lei Feng Spirit,” “Successors to the Lei Feng Spirit” “What has happened to he Lei Feng Spirit?” “The Study of the Lei Feng Spirit” “The Call of the Lei Feng Spirit” “The Revitalization of the Lei Feng Spirit.”

The more than 1,000 items exhibited in these sections remind the public of the short but glorious life of Lei Feng, who grew from an ordinary soldier to a famed Communist warrior.
