4、北京香槟国旅免责条款 （Disclaimer ）：
为了组合和安排旅游行程的饮食，交通，购物，住宿和游玩等几大要素，北京香槟国旅从独立的旅游供应商那里采购酒店住房，交通服务，餐厅服务，景点门票等等。这些独立的旅游服务供应商的服务均不在北京香槟国旅的完全掌控之中。由于这些独立的旅游供应商自身造成的人员受伤，死亡，行李丢失损坏等等，北京香槟国旅不付任何责任。但北京香槟国旅程有义务协助独立旅游供应商处理好服务控管和突发事件。
Beijing Xinhua International Tours purchases air and ground transportation, hotel, restaurant and other travel services from independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. 北京香槟国旅已投保旅行社责任险.旅行社责任险是指保险公司对旅行社在从事旅游业务经营活动中，因旅行社的疏忽或过失，造成其接待的境内外旅游者遭受经济损失而应由旅行社承担的责任，转由保险公司承担赔偿保险金责任的行为。而当意外的发生与旅行社没有关系时，游客就不能得到这种旅行社责任险的任何保障。 旅行社责任险和旅游意外保险是不同的。旅行社责任险属于责任保险范畴，而游客自身购买的旅行保险属于个人意外伤害保险，两者的承保对象和责任范围完全不同。千万不能认为买了旅行社责任险就能包揽一切。实际上，“旅行社责任险”主要针对由旅行社责任造成的游客损失与伤害进行赔偿，而由不可抗力，如地震、海啸等自然灾害带来的游客人身与财产损失，均不在其责任范围之内。旅游者在旅游行程中，由疾病引起的各种损失或损害、由于旅游者个人过失导致的人身伤亡和财产损失以及由此导致的各种费用等，也都不在“旅行社责任险”的赔付范围之内。

The travel agency liability insurance and the traveling accident insurance ( personal insurance ) are different. The travel agency liability insurance belongs to the liability insurance category, but the tourist own persoanl travel insurance belongs to individual accident insurance.“the travel agency liability insurance” mainly aims at the tourist loss and the injury caused by the travel agency responsibility, except by the force majeure, like the earthquake, the Tsunami and so on natural disaster bringing damage to tourist person and property, damage, which are not in its responsibility scope. A tourist suffering from the loss or the harm caused by disease, or the tourist individual error, is also not in “travel agency liability insurance” in payment scope.
We suggests you purchase your personal accident insurance from your native country before you leave for China. The individual purchased travel insurance is different from the travel agency liability insurance we offer to you. 7、旅游行程更改：
由于不可抗拒的自然或人为因素，如：战争，罢工，火灾，动乱，政府临时控管等等，我们将调整和更改您的旅游行程。我们努力安排相同的的行程。佂得您的同意之后，我们再安排更改之后的行程。
Itinerary Deviationsto the planned itinerary may occur due to weather, traffic, or any other conditions beyond our control such as strike, acts of God, war, fire, acts of government, riot, etc. We will make our best to insure all the visits and excursions will be similar. Beijing Xinhua International Tours can substitute the itinerary upon the agreement of our clients.
8、酒店安排：
在多数情况下，我们会使用在网站上主推的酒店。如果由于种种原因，当我们替您代订该酒店时，可能会发生我们主推的酒店没房间了。这时候，征得您的同意，北京旅游网将预订相同等级的酒店。
The Hotels listed will be used in most circumstances. When the predefined hotels are not available, Beijing Xinhua International Tours can substitute hotels of the same class and standard upon the agreement of our clients.
9、餐厅和旅游用车：
北京旅游网使用的旅游车必须是性能良好，3年内的空调车；使用的餐厅必须是环境干净卫生，饭菜可口多样。
The vehicles for the ground transportation should be in good condition with A/C. All restaurants should be appointed by local authorities of tourism bureau.
10、导游陪同人员：
北京香槟国旅的签约导游必须是2年以上带团经验的导游。公司要求导游服务过程标准化，服务对象个性化。仪表着装整洁得体，对待游客态度热情友善。 All guides must be licensed, with 4-year college degree and minimum 2-year experience.
