Dear Rami,
The distance between Lijiang and Panzhihua is about 280km. Not sure about the taxi fare for the ride from Lijiang to Panzhihua. Taxi drivers are reluctant to do the business since they don’t want to return empty.
Alternatively you can take the long-distance bus from Lijiang to Panzhihua, about 88 yuan, 8 hours.
