After that famous “fake” market-Xiangyang market closed its gates in 2006, many vendors relocated to Yatai Xinyang Market. The vendors in this market create their own brands instead of the former fake. It is a great place to buy inexpensive souvenirs: T-shirts, chopsticks, cushion covers and pashminas.
Vendors here are reasonably honest but they’re trying to make as much money as they can. Just remember to bargain hard before you buy.
