Shanghai is one of my favorite cities in China. For me, in comparison with Shanghai in terms of urban construction and commerce, Beijing looks pale, like a farm boy, silly and clumsy. For this fam trip, we choose to stay at Sunrise on the Bund(上海外滩埔华大酒店, one of Shanghai Best Hotels (上海外滩埔华大酒店).
It is superly located in the Bund area, only 3 km away from Shanghai Bund and Shanghai Nanjing Road . The Shanghai international Cruise Terminal (Gaoyang Road and Dong Daming Road ) is just next door. The staff at the front desk are quite helpful and resourceful, go out of their way to please you. They have good commnand of English.

This hotel has a nice lobby bar, and spacious breakfast buffet restaurant and two Chinese restaurants on the second floor.
