Jiuzhaigou, is a wonderland in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang ethnicity autonomous prefecture of Jiuzhaigou County, Sichuan Province. It covers a total area of 720 square kilometers. High mountains and deep valleys and barrier lake are what make Jiuzhaigou special. Jiuzhaigou got its name since there are nine ancient Tibetan villages in the ravine.
Its superb landscapes are particularly interesting for their series of narrow conic karst land forms and spectacular waterfalls. Some 140 bird species also inhabit the valley, as well as a number of endangered plant and animal species, including the giant panda and the Sichuan takin.As the saying goes "when coming back from the Huangshan Mountains one does not want to see a mountain; when coming back from Jiuzhaigou one does not want to see water." Chengdu-Jiuzhaigou air.Pick up from your hotel in Chengdu at 08:00 AM, and tranerfered to Chengdu Airport for the flight to Jiuzhaigou. drive to Jiuzhaigou. Arrival in Jiuzhaigou, met and transferred to your hotel--Jiuzhaigou Sheraton International Hotel.
Day 2:
Tour in Jiuzhaigou: Morning transfer to the Jiuzhaigou portal and take Jiuzhaigou non-pollution bus, take the tour of Shuzheng, Rize and Zezawa Valley; Pearl Sands and Shuzheng Waterfall. Day 3:
Jiuzhaigou valley - Munigou valley - Maowan Qiang Autonomous county Get early and drive to Munigou valley in Songpan county. This valley'selevation is not much, so there is no worry for the plateau reaction. Stay at a local inn in Maowan Qiang Autonomous county.
Day 4:
Mao County - Dujiangyan - Chengdu:
Get up early and drive back to Chengdu. On the way, pass by Dujiangyan Irrigation System for a short visit. Arrival Chengdu at around 17:00 PM. End of our service.
