This hotel was part of the package for the tour I bought from www.etours.cn. We had no ideas about it except reading it was a 5 star hotel. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised as we (the 4 travellers from New York ) went to the lobby at around 2.00 a.m. Looked a bit more style than we were normally accustomed to what I thought to myself as I looked around the lobby.
Lovely spacious rooms with good equippment. With compimentary use of bathrobes & cloth sandles. A very nice touch! The staff responsible for looking after the room did a wonderful job, replenishing each day whatever appeared to be used. Some hotels will not do this on a daily basis. It had a good gym with aerobic machines and weight machines. Along with this a sauna and steam room with a nice spa.It was well located in the center of the city. We coul walke to Tiananmen Square for about 25 minutes. After all, we had very comfortable stay in Beijing.
