Biangbiang noodles are a kind of traditional Han noodles in Shaanxi Hanzhong. Biangbiang noodles are also called belt noodles which especially refer to the stretched noodles made from Guangzhong flour. Biangbiang noodles are Shaanxi special snacks and this winding clever humor "biang" word combination summarizes the characteristics of origin biangbiang noodles.

Production Method
Material: two pounds handmade noodles (varies according to different person) and chili powder, peanut oil, carrots, garlic, onions, ginger, pepper (several)
Method of work:
First. Shred carrots, boiled and cooked, spare it for later use
Second. Chop the garlic, ginger and scallion stalk, spare for later use
Third. Cook the noodles and dry it.
Fourth. Heat the peanut oil, pour pepper over medium heat and heat the oil.
Fifth. Put the noodles into a bowl, sprinkle the noodles evenly with onion, ginger, garlic and chili powder.
Sixth. Spill the hot oil on the surface of the noodles.
In the afternoon of February 18, 2014, Xi Jinping specially set dinner to treat Lien Chan and his wife.
