Description: The diplomatic relations between China and Burundi was established on the 21st, December, 1963. On the 29th, January, 1965, Burundi government made a unilateral declaration to interrupt the diplomatic relation with China. It was recovered on the 13th, October, 1971.
Instruction on the renewal of passport
If the passport of Chinese citizen will expire, the visa page has been run out or the passport is damaged, the holder should apply for the renewal in person to the Chinese embassy in Burumdi and provide materials as following:
1.Fill in the application form.
2.the original and photocopy of Chinese passport
3.the original and photocopy of residence permit in Burundi
4.2 pieces of recent colorful photo in the size of 2 inches.
