Well let’s talk about Kunfu Show in Beijing. There are two places for watching kungfu show – Red Theatre and Shichahai Theater. For information on the\u00a0kungfu at Red Theatre, please visit\u00a0The Legend of Kung Fu<\/span> <\/a>at Red Theatre.<\/p>\n

Today we’d like to focus on Kungfu Show at Shichahai Theater. This Shichahai Theeatre is attached to Shichahai Sports School, which is located opposite\u00a0Former Residence of Guo Moruo<\/span> in Shichahai Area<\/span> of Xicheng District.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Shichahai” Kungfu show is a kungfu spectacle, put on mainly by the actors from Shichahai Sports School. “Shichahai” Kungfu show is both a follower and a rival to The Legend of Kung Fu<\/span><\/a> at Red Theatre. The Legend of Kung Fu<\/span><\/a> at Red Theatre has been very successful in the past ten years.\u00a0However, more than a follower, “Shichahai” Kungfu show\u00a0is very creactive and innovative, combining many elements into Kungfu show, such as Peking opera, acrobatics, dance, jiujitsu,folk customs and etc.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So seeing “Shichahai” Kungfu show is like taking\u00a0a Beijing traditional culture tour guiding us to the Kungfu itself and the all aspects of life involved with Kungfu. On your short trip to Beijing<\/span><\/a>, you cannot afford to miss it. Come to the Shichahai area in the daytime for Hutong tour<\/span><\/a> and rewinding yourself hanging around the bar streets here. Then walk to the nearby Shichahai Theatre for the wonderful show, what a full day!<\/span><\/p>\n

A lovely panda couple, named Ai Long and Ai Jie. “Ai” means love. “Long” here refers to\u00a0star Bruce Lee and Jackie Chen; “Jie” refers to the Kung Fu star Jet Li. They\u00a0are\u00a0mad on\u00a0about Chinese Kung Fu. To experience and learn\u00a0authentic Chinese Kong Fu from a great master, they come to Beijing. They\u00a0met the warm and friendly Beijing people, who\u00a0are actually great Kung Fu masters\u00a0though they look very ordinary. The couple learn Chinese Kung Fu and enjoy sightseeing and culture here in Beijing.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
